CMW Consulting has been in the web hosting business since 1996. When you host your web site with us you are doing business with a locally owned company and your web site will be served from a local facility.

Many hosting companies either resell hosting services of other companies or if they have dedicated equipment it is often rented equipment that is often located hundreds or thousands of miles from their location. If their equipment never has a problem then there is nothing to worry about. However, when a problem does arise, your host is often at the mercy of a 3rd party to fix the problem. In our case, if there is a problem we fix it, we do not have to rely on anyone else. We own, operate, and maintain our own equipment which is collocated in Austin, TX less than 10 minutes from our location.

Our web servers are protected by a enterprise class firewall appliance with stateful high-availability (redundancy). This firewall applies next-generation Unified Threat Management (UTM) against a comprehensive array of attacks, combining intrusion prevention, anti-virus and anti-spyware.

The facility where our equipment is collocated provides the following mission critical infrastructure: * Yearly and Quarterly are billing frequency options for one year hosting contracts. Billing terms remain in effect for duration of contract. Billing terms are automatically renewed unless customer notifies CMW Consulting within 10 days of contract renewal. Credit card billing is required for Quarterly billing option. Yearly billing can be either invoice or credit card. All prices are subject to 8.25% Texas State Sales Tax.
