Per
Job Quotes: If you feel more comfortable with a fixed
cost approach we can provide a per job quote when the situation
allows. If we quote a price for a job we bill the quoted job rate
regardless of whether it takes us less time or more time to complete
the task as quoted.
Availability:
Normal response time will be same day to your site for emergency calls. We
expect all of our customers to understand that some routine and
scheduled maintenance calls may be preempted by an emergency for
another customer. Hopefully, each of our customers will understand
that they will get the same considerations when their call is
an emergency.
*These
prices include labor only. Any hardware or software required will
be billed at customer approved prices. Onsite Service is limited
to the Austin metropolitan area. Any onsite service outside the
Austin metro area will incur additional travel expenses.
